NATO SFA COE JOINED THE ADF 2023
The NATO SFA COE participated in the Annual Disciplines Forum
(ADF) from the 6th to the 9th of February, organized by the Headquarters
Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) Joint Force Development (JFD).
The ADF aims at fostering discipline communication within
each disciplines’ Requirement Authorities and Department Heads. For instance,
it promotes cross-functional topics and shares good practices in order to
enhance NATO Education, Training, Exercise, Evaluation (ETEE).
The NATO SFA COE participated with the representatives of
Military Contribution to Peace Support (MC2PS) Discipline, giving its
contribution as chair of the SFA cluster within this discipline with a distinct
background, knowledge and skills. Therefore, it continues to provide tailored
education and training for 5 years. The fact of providing sustainable tailored
education and training highlights the importance of the NATO SFA COE’s
participation in this forum.
Starting from learning the strategic plan and vision of HQ
SACT, the participants from different NATO relevant Organizations and entities
discussed together common topics in order to coordinate interdisciplinary
issues and to share theoretical and technical-practical good practices.
