NATO SFA COE lectured at the ITA Army Infantry School Instructors course.
From the 28th of February to the 3rd of March, a NATO SFA COE
representative acted as an Educator, together with other Mentors from the
Italian Army, in an Educational and Training Module for the Instructors of the
Army’s Training Regiments.
The purpose of this Module is to train and educate future
Instructors that will be employed in the Training Regiments in order to improve
their soft skills, such as communication, team building, leadership,
negotiation and management of human resources.
The Educational and Training Module is structured in three
intensive days, in theoretical and practical activities conducted by qualified
Army educators, with interactive lessons, experimental learning activities,
case studies and role-playing that is part of a nine-week intensive training
program.
The NATO SFA COE considers soft skills as a paramount
activity within the training and education of the Advisors during its Courses.
