The Conference was aimed to share the new developments in the training technology domain to be innovative, efficient and effective following the pandemic. NTTC will also serve as a venue for collaboration, networking and sharing best practices.

The Conference was opened with welcome remarks by the ACOS Joint Force Development (JFD) HQ SACT, Brigadier General Ilmars Lejins, and moderated by the Training Technology Staff Officer, Mr. Cem Kumsal, as event organizer.

The topics of Interest shared and discussed with the SMEs were lessons learned from the pandemic, but also the new horizons of different types of Learning (Advanced Distributed, Micro/Mobile, Modern Learning Environments and Innovation, Blended) in the innovative field of action, as Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality, Immersive Environments/Gamification or Artificial Intelligence.

NTTC was aimed at personnel involved in NATO training and education who is looking for new tools, technologies, strategies and practices to enhance their knowledge, expertise, and capability with learning technologies.
