ADL 362 “Introduction to Security Force Assistance (SFA)” course
The aim of this course is to illustrate how the Security Force Assistance Concept has been originated in NATO and how SFA is intended by the reference NATO publication, the Allied Joint Publication 3.16.
From the 09th to the 13th of December 2019 the NATO Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence (NATO SFA COE) organized the “SFA Operators Course”, the first NATO certified course delivered from the Centre
NATO SFA COE: 2ND SFA WORKSHOP ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADVISING MISSION OF SFA
On the 21st and 22nd of November 2019 the NATO SFA COE organized in Florence the 2nd SFA Workshop on the implementation of the advising mission of SFA “Bringing the SFA community together: Establish good practice around advising”.
NATO SFA COE and NATO HQ co-organized the “NATO Building Integrity in Operations” (BIIO) pilot course.
The NATO Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence (NATO SFA COE), in close collaboration with NATO HQs BI, hosted the NATO Building Integrity in Operations Pilot Course (BIIO).
NATO SFA COE: 1ST SECURITY FORCE ASSISTANCE TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA) WORKSHOP
From the 5th to the 7th of March, the SFA Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Workshop took place, hosted by the NATO;Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence (NATO SFA COE) and facilitated by Finnish Defense Forces International Centre (FINCENT)
On the 6th and 7th of December 2018 the NATO SFA COE held a Workshop at the Defense Center for Higher Studies (CASD) on advising as a capability for SFA.
On the 15th of November 2018, the NATO Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence (NATO SFA COE) second Steering Committee was held at the Infantry School in Cesano.
